You have a PDF and a job to price. Upload it, draw your measurements, and send your client a link to sign — all from your phone. Most people finish their first quote in under ten minutes.

Used by contractors, estimators and site managers
Open Scale Mapper and you know where you stand. Who's waiting on a quote, who accepted, who turned it down. No opening files to check.
The dashboard pipeline shows each project as a card in one of four columns — Draft, Sent, Won or Lost. You see totals per column and move projects forward just by updating their status.
Everything from the first measurement to the client's digital signature — 18 features, one tool. No exporting, no separate apps, no chasing email replies.
PDF from email or cloud storage, JPEG from your camera roll, or photograph the drawing on site. Large A1 sheets and multi-page documents work without any preparation. Switch between uploaded files directly inside the editor without leaving the canvas.
Draw a line over something you know the length of and type the value. Or enter the drawing scale (1:100, 1:50) directly. A magnifier loupe ensures precision on mobile. One-click option to apply calibration to all pages in the same file.
Length, perimeter, area, volume, radius, circle, wall area and count markers. Group into layers by room, trade or floor. Cutout deductions calculate automatically inside areas. Full undo/redo stack and auto-save indicator keep your work safe.
Attach a unit price to any measurement, or build libraries of items you quote regularly. Apply a library and every matching measurement gets priced at once.
Invite a colleague by email and choose editor or viewer. Everyone works on the same live project — no version confusion when two people measure the same drawing.
Generate a quote link and email it to your client in one click. Set a password, add an expiry date, attach your terms and product sheets. The client downloads everything from the same page — no login needed on their end.
The client reads the quote, checks the total, and clicks Accept. A six-digit code goes to their email. They type it in. Logged with timestamp, IP address and a frozen copy of exactly what they agreed to.
Export PDF or Excel with your company logo, name and accent colour. Set it once and it applies to every report. Layer-grouped quantities, unit prices and totals — ready to hand to a client or print for site.
Save layer setups as templates for jobs you quote often. Pin notes directly on the drawing, trace curved walls with the arc tool. Everything appears in your reports.
The dashboard Kanban shows every quote as a card in Draft, Sent, Won or Lost columns. Column totals update live. No spreadsheet needed to know what you've won this month.
Lock any measurement to prevent accidental edits on mobile. A padlock icon marks it on the canvas. All changes are blocked until you unlock — essential for working on busy plans in the field.
Add Scale Mapper to your home screen on any device. It runs full-screen like a native app. An offline indicator tells you exactly when connectivity drops and what's waiting to sync.
Sketch irregular shapes with the freehand tool, then fill them with solid, hatch, crosshatch or dot patterns. Useful for marking material zones, exclusion areas or annotating complex geometry directly on the plan.
Hold Shift or Ctrl to select multiple measurements at once. Move them together, assign a shared price, or drag them all to a different layer in one action. Right-click for context menu shortcuts.
Snap to existing endpoints for gap-free measurement chains — a cyan indicator appears when your cursor locks on to a vertex. Draw horizontal or vertical guide lines to keep measurements perfectly aligned across the plan.
Resend a revised quote and it auto-increments to Rev. 2, Rev. 3 and so on. Clients always see the latest version. Previous revisions stay in the history log. Each version can have its own currency — EUR, SEK or USD.
Archive completed projects to keep your dashboard clean without losing anything. Accidentally deleted a file? The recycle bin holds removed uploads for 30 days before permanent deletion — one click to restore.
Subscribe to real-time events — quote.sent, quote.accepted, quote.declined — and push them to any endpoint. Every payload is HMAC-SHA256 signed. A delivery log shows each attempt and lets you replay failed calls.
Most contractors email a PDF and wait. Scale Mapper skips that. Your client opens a link, reads the breakdown, and hits Accept. A code goes to their inbox, they type it in, and it's done.
No training course, no setup calls. Most people send their first quote within ten minutes of signing up.
Import a PDF from email, WhatsApp or cloud storage. Or photograph a printed plan on site. Multi-page PDFs give each page its own canvas and calibration.
Draw a line over a known dimension and type the real-world length. Or enter the drawing scale directly. Scale Mapper locks the ratio in and applies it to every measurement on that page.
Tap to draw lengths, areas, volumes or count markers on the plan. Add a unit price to each one, or apply a price library in one go. Group into layers for a clean, readable report.
Email the quote link to your client. They open it on any device, read the breakdown and hit Accept. A one-time code goes to their inbox — they type it in. You get notified instantly.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes — any modern mobile browser, no app to download. Built touch-first, with a magnifier loupe for precise point placement.
How does digital signing work?
The client enters their name and email, then types in a six-digit code we send to their inbox. We log the timestamp, IP address, and a snapshot of everything they agreed to.
Is the acceptance legally binding?
It's a strong record. We log who accepted, when, from which IP, and freeze a copy of the exact quote. Combined with the confirmation email, you have more evidence than a PDF reply.
Can I password-protect a quote link?
Yes. Add a password when you share. The link shows nothing without it. You can also set an expiry date: the offer closes on that day automatically.
What file types can I upload?
PDF drawings (including multi-page), JPEG and PNG images. Each page of a multi-page PDF gets its own canvas and calibration. You can switch between all uploaded files inside the editor without leaving the canvas.
How does scale calibration work?
Draw a line over something on the plan whose real-world length you know. Type in the measurement. Scale Mapper works out the pixels-per-metre ratio and applies it to every measurement on that page.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives you 2 projects and all drawing tools — no credit card needed. Paid plans start at $15/month.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives on European servers, encrypted in transit. Rate-limited actions, email verification codes for quote acceptance, and optional two-factor authentication. Delete your account and everything in it at any time.
